Vividobots Private Limited ("Vividobots", "we", "us") designs and builds construction robots. We decide why and how personal data collected through this website is used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under Indian law.

2. Applicable law

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and, to the extent they still apply, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

3. Personal data we collect

Please do not send us sensitive information such as financial account details, health data or government ID numbers through the forms or in a CV. We do not ask for it.

4. Why we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment or prepare a quotation.
• To consider your job application or profile, and to contact you about openings.
• To send the job alerts or launch updates you asked for.
• To meet legal obligations and to protect the website and our business from misuse.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and on other uses that Indian law permits, such as responding to a request you made voluntarily and complying with legal duties. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9).

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the website: hosting, email and form handling. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors, where needed.
• Government or courts, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. Some of our service providers may process data on servers outside India. We transfer data abroad only where Indian law permits it.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Job applications and profiles: up to 12 months, unless you agree that we may keep them longer.
• Job alerts and launch updates: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, for security.

We keep data for longer only if the law requires it. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to the inboxes that receive form submissions, and a duty of confidentiality for people who handle the data. No online system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent at any time, which is as easy to do as giving it;
• get your complaint heard through our grievance process (section 11); and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to act.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Act.

2. Information on this website

The website describes the robots and services of Vividobots and shows photos, videos and results from site demonstrations. This information is general and indicative. Actual coverage, speed, resource use, operating height and other results depend on the building or site, surface type, access, weather and site conditions, and are confirmed only through a site assessment and a written agreement. Robots and products shown as "coming soon" are not yet available, and details may change without notice.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry, requesting a site assessment or receiving a reply from us does not create a contract. Supply of any product or service is governed only by a separate written quotation, agreement or purchase order signed or accepted by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the Vividobots name and logo, the names of our robots and software, text, designs, photographs, videos, animations and software, belong to Vividobots or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Names and logos of other organisations shown here (for example clients, incubators and backers) belong to their owners. They appear only to identify those organisations and do not imply endorsement beyond what is stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks any Indian law;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' data;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the website;
• use automated tools to copy or scrape the website beyond normal browsing; or
• pretend to be someone else or give false information.

6. Your submissions

When you send us information through a form or email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it to respond to you and as described in our Privacy policy.

7. Careers

Sending a profile or application does not guarantee an interview or a job. Vividobots does not charge any fee for recruitment. Genuine job communication comes only from an address ending in @vividobots.com. If someone asks you for money in our name, please report it to hr@vividobots.com.

8. Safety notice

Construction, cleaning, painting and maintenance work on buildings and sites, including work at height, involves risk. Nothing on this website replaces a site-specific safety assessment, trained personnel, permits and compliance with the building, workplace and safety laws that apply to your project.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to sites run by others, such as social media pages or news articles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

If you use the website in breach of these terms and that causes us loss, you agree to compensate us for that loss.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion, and you agree to give us written notice of the dispute and at least 30 days to resolve it. If it is not resolved, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and your continued use of the website means you accept the update. These terms and our Privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of this website.
